Cassie works for a missions organization called Praying Pelican Missions. I have linked to info about them earlier this week, as three of their staff were in a terrible automobile accident in Belize. One at a time, the staff are being airlifted to Miami for care in an American hospital. Family are gathering there as the wounded missionaries arrive and a plan for treatment is set in motion. Please pray for the healing and COMFORT of these missionaries. They are in tremendous pain.
Please pray for Cassie as well. She is the lone staff representative in Miami now, functioning as a liaison for the Praying Pelican organization to the doctors, the wounded staff, and their families. She is serving, serving, serving… and she is weary. She is also emotionally exhausted - these are her good friends and coworkers, and it is very difficult to see them and their families in so much pain. Please pray for strength and refreshing for Cassie.
